At Riverich, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all new, unused items. No explanation required - just ensure your product is in its original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Returning an item is easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Step 1: Submit a request on the return portal page.
- Step 2: Our support team will follow up with you on your return request.
- Step 3: Prepare your package.
- Step 4: Deliver your package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–4 business days for the funds to appear.

Refund & Restocking Details
- Returns under $300 are free from restocking fees.
- For returns over $300, a 20% restocking fee applies, along with any associated shipping and transaction costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect or expired addresses will incur a minimum $14.95 deduction from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized products (including logo printing or embroidery)
- Clearance or final-sale items
Once a custom design proof or sample is approved, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled or modified.
If you wish to cancel before proof approval, you may do so, though a small credit card processing fee (3%) may apply.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery through our return form.
Provide a short description of the issue and attach photos if possible.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible - at no cost to you.
Note: Slight color differences caused by screen settings or digital display variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
Carrier Delays or Lost Packages
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. While Riverich is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier, we’re happy to assist you with filing a claim.
Carriers generally work to locate or redeliver delayed packages, but delivery times are not guaranteed and shipping fees are non-refundable for delayed shipments.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order shortly after placing it.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
However, once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellations may be subject to a 3% processing fee and/or restocking charges.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style?
No problem - simply submit a return request and mention the item you’d like in exchange.
Return shipping fees apply, and you’ll be responsible for any price difference between items.
