🕒 1. Design Confirmation
For customized orders, our design team will contact you within 3 business days after you place your order to confirm your logo, artwork, or layout details.
Once the design is confirmed, we’ll begin production immediately.

We carefully manage production time to ensure every bag meets our quality standards.

📦 5. Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs inspection, and local carrier schedules.
- All packages are handled with care to ensure safe delivery.
⚠️ 6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
Riverich is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
🚫 7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
💬 8. Wrong Address or Lost Package
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date - we’ll help coordinate with the carrier.
